new words issue five is published by new words {press}. the poetry journal is published three times per year. new words {press} is an independent non-profit poetry press dedicated to elevating the voices of trans & gender-expansive poets, building community, and sharing knowledge. issue four features the work of 38 poets representing 6 different countries. Work ranges from traditional free verse to hybrid, visual work.
