Professor Bayern's is an American law professor. His research focuses on the common law, primarily in contract law, tort law, and organizational law. He teaches Torts, Contracts, Agency & Partnership, and other related courses. Before his legal career, he created several widely used computer-software systems and wrote several widely cited books on computer programming.
